Storage not updated after purchasing 1TB plan
Hi, I purchased the 1TB/1 month plan for €2, but my storage is still showing only 1GB on the web app. It has been over 6 hours since the purchase and I have not received any confirmation, update, or response.Could you please look into this and update my storage accordingly? My payment was processed successfully.Thank you!
