Yes I understand. Hopefully performance, reliability and stability will improve in the near future. But it's not moving away, it's providing an extra option for individuals who don't need all the hassle and just need backup space for their files.
I understand what you’re saying, and believe me, we’re working hard to improve our product in the areas you’ve mentioned. Disabling encryption isn’t an option at the moment, but we hope your experience with our product will improve as we continue our work. If you have any other questions, please feel free to use this forum and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Well, I'm using my nas (Ugreen) to backup my photo files to internxt cloud with the help of rclone. It's working great for 3 days. After this, my script stops working because after 3 days, internxt decides that my token is invalid :/ This is also by design (security reasons) and very frustrating for me. So how do you want me to run a fast reliable backup from my nas to internxt??
We are currently working on exactly what you’ve mentioned. I’ll be keeping an eye on it and will let you know how things are progressing!
Hello! End-to-end encryption isn't just a feature of Internxt—it's the foundation of the product. Offering a standard encryption mode would mean moving away from the privacy model we're built around. Performance and reliability improvements are areas we continuously work on, but our intention is to achieve those improvements while maintaining end-to-end encryption rather than offering a less private alternative.
