I was able to transfer the files, but I have to do it by splitting the file into several subfolders. It's time-consuming and tedious—is there a way to fix this problem? I should be able to do it all at once. Thank you for your response.

I'd add that when I upload a folder with subfolders, the transfer completes and I think to myself, "Okay, that's it," but then when I open that folder, I realize that not everything was transferred!!
