Another observation regarding file uploads (videos) using the Docker image: For the few files that did upload successfully via the Docker container from the ASUSTOR NAS, no thumbnails are displayed in the Internxt web view (i.e., in the browser). Thumbnails are present for video files that I upload via a Windows PC (i.e., using the Internxt app). So it seems to me that there is a difference depending on “how” the files are uploaded to the Internxt Drive.
I tried to set up your solution using Docker on an ASUSTOR NAS. In the process, I tested various WebDAV clients. I was unable to achieve stable operation using either the “Cloud Backup Center” (ASUSTOR's app) or the third-party software “Syncovery.” Uploads either abort and restart from the beginning or fail to start at all. Additionally, I’m looking for two-way synchronization (NAS <--> Internxt Cloud), but unfortunately, I can’t use the ASUSTOR software “DataSync Center”, which I’d need for this, with the Docker container. In short: After a long period of “trial and error,” I unfortunately cannot achieve stable operation with the current solution. Therefore, I would ask you to consider an alternative to the Docker container. This could be either a native Internxt app or the integration of Internxt into other existing apps. For example, into the ASUSTOR app “DataSync Center” or into a third-party app such as “Syncovery.” In the apps mentioned, you can already select various cloud providers (e.g., Amazon, Google Drive, OneDrive, PCloud, etc.)...
About ASUSTOR, we already mentioned this topic in another feedback comment. Right now it's not on our roadmap though we take note of it and we are reviewing it. We mentioned another user that what would be useful for you would be if ASUSTOR included WebDAV and they emailed ASUSTOR but that but whether or not it happens is no longer in our hands What I can help you with is this: if any of the issues you’re experiencing are down to us, we can look into it. I’d ask you to send the logs to hello@internxt.com and you can describe a little bit the issues you have as you just this in this comments You can get the logs from the app settings > Preferences, click on "Open Logs" https://help.internxt.com/en/articles/6577280-where-can-i-fi…
The current way (at least for synology) is complex with next to no instructions. Never got it to work.
Could you please also add support for other NAS systems (e.g., ASUSTOR)?
On my Qnap 262 and 251 it is NOT usable for uploading photo's. Speed drops within minutes to kb/s. My internet speed is 1 GB up & down. Large files work fine. Still waiting for a fix. Support is aware but untill now nothing.
Please also for Ugreen NAS devices
