Hello, could you please allow to resume while downloading. It starts downloading overagain while downloading 4GB. Thank you

EDGE and Chrome in Windows 11

we tested this internally on both Windows and macOS using Chrome and Edge, including files larger than 10GB, and it was correctly downloaded without stoping. because of that, we'd like to gather a bit more information if possible, please send us the logs to hello@internxt.com so we can investigate further. you can find the logs in the app settings > preferences, by clicking on ‘Open Logs’ https://help.internxt.com/en/articles/6577280-where-can-i-fi… once we have them, we'll be able to determine whether this is a browser/environment issue or something we need to investigate on our side

I use Edge to download files ( 1GB-4GB), it failed to download
