I downgraded my account, but will you refund the amount for intenext essential that I paid for the whole year?If not how do I upgrade again, without having to pay, since I already paid for a whole year till 1-7-2026

If you originally purchased the plan on July 1st, 2025, and the automatic renewal already took place and you cancelled immediately after that, please note that once a renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable, as per our refund policy https://help.internxt.com/en/articles/5358762-refund-policy-…
During the cancellation process, our system displays a prompt warning you about the immediate downgrade that occurs upon confirming.
