20TB plan: no backup no cleaner ...???

I purchased a 20 Tb plan. Not available: backup, cleanerAntivirus: available, but functional or not?You have to "upgrade" to use backup or cleaner (?): no explications, no way to activate these features. You can only buy another 5Tb plan. As a result: 40 Mb used / 20.000 Mb theorically available...Really a good affair (for Internxt, not for the user)

Hello! For customers who purchase through third-party platforms, these plans prioritize storage capacity over other features. We always make sure to clearly explain this when customers purchase these types of plans.
